Payroll Specialist II
Location: Medford, OR (on-site)
Compensation: $/hr annually. Anticipated starting pay: $/hr

We’re currently seeking a Payroll Specialist II to join our high-performing team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for a large, multi-location workforce.
What You’ll Do- Verify employee information accuracy; collect new-hires, re-hires, transfers, position and pay changes.
- Process off-cycle checks, terminations, and schedule payroll approvals.
- Collect standard pay plans and modify pay calculation information.
- Perform audits to ensure Workday reports accurate data.
- Process payroll for 750-1,000 employees at multiple stores depending on frequency.
- Run data retrieval and calculation processes; import pay data into Workday.
- Run and review required Workday reports; review payroll register for accuracy.
- Identify and fix missing data or incorrect calculations; ensure store readiness for deadlines.
- Enter all necessary data into shared logs; scan payroll documents.
- Complete end-of-month account review for assigned stores by the 4th business day.

- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Prior payroll experience a plus
