We’re currently seeking a Payroll Specialist II to join our high-performing team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for a large, multi-location workforce.

• Verify employee information accuracy; collect new-hires, re-hires, transfers, position and pay changes.
• Process off-cycle checks, terminations, and schedule payroll approvals.
• Collect standard pay plans and modify pay calculation information.
• Perform audits to ensure Workday reports accurate data.
• Process payroll for 750-1,000 employees at multiple stores depending on frequency.
• Run data retrieval and calculation processes; import pay data into Workday.
• Run and review required Workday reports; review payroll register for accuracy.
• Identify and fix missing data or incorrect calculations; ensure store readiness for deadlines.
• Enter all necessary data into shared logs; scan payroll documents.
• Complete end-of-month account review for assigned stores by the 4th business day.
