Technology Coordinator – Rogue Valley Manor, Medford, OR

As a Technology Coordinator, you’ll provide technical support to residents and employees, liaise with our central office IT team, ensure computer and network systems are functioning, troubleshoot technology items such as internet, telephones, TVs, computers, Wi‑Fi, A/V, emergency call, and security systems. You’ll be a connector, networker, and trusted source of information, interacting daily with residents to make a positive impact.

Monday – Friday; 8:00 am – 4:30 pm

• Provide technical support to residents and staff on site.
• Ensure functioning of computer network systems and troubleshoot technology.
• Collaborate with central office IT to sustain system reliability.
• Build relationships to support facility services.
