Field Service Manager

A progressive, close-knit office technology dealer in Southern Oregon is seeking a Field Service Manager to lead technical operations across their Medford, OR headquarters and Klamath Falls branch. This hybrid leadership role keeps you active in the field while guiding a small, dedicated team: roughly 60–70% of your time will be spent providing field support, while 30–40% will focus on operational management, scheduling, and training.

• Technical Support & Escalations: Act as the primary escalation point for field service technicians, resolving complex diagnostic, mechanical, and network issues.
• Network & Connectivity Integration: Handle 1st-line connectivity and installation setups for client hardware, working directly with client IT teams when required.
• Team Leadership & Warehouse Supervision: Oversee a small team of field technicians and manage the local warehouse/delivery staff.
• OEM Interface: Coordinate directly with manufacturer technical support and manage training schedules to keep the team certified.
• Customer Interface: Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients during complex installations and service resolutions.

• Technical Expertise: Proven hands-on experience in office equipment repair, copiers, and print solutions.
• Brand Exposure: Experience with their specific OEM (including light production) is ideal, but all major OEM backgrounds are welcome.
• IT & Networking Savvy: Strong understanding of connectivity, print driver installation, scan-to-folder/email configurations, and network settings.
• Leadership Potential: Open to experienced Senior Technicians eager to step into management, as well as established Service Managers.
