Location: Medford, OR

Compensation: $29.00 - $32.00 per hour, depending on experience

Your role as a Supervisor is to manage a group of Technicians and act as a liaison between management and field personnel by communicating objectives, providing support, managing tasks, and delivering and receiving maps. This role will report to the Field Operations Manager.

• Monitor production and quality reporting of all Survey Technicians reporting to the Supervisor and work with Survey Technicians to improve any production or quality issues
• Receive and respond to first line of technical support issues for Survey Technicians in the group and escalates to Field Operations Manager and/or Project Manager as needed
• First pass QA/QC maps as they are turned in by Survey Technicians in the group
• Track and manage distribution and collection of plat maps via Mobile Frame and other tools
• Manage new leaks that arise from the group
• Utilize web maps to facilitate corrections as needed
• Utilize FTP for accessing and uploading files, as necessary
• Proactively report any issues observed with Survey Technicians to the Field Operations Manager and Project Manager
• Manage inventory of equipment used by Survey Technicians in the group, including cones, signage, logo magnets, first aid kit, dog repellent spray, batteries, highlighters, and more
• Ensure all safety requirements, policies, and procedures are followed and enforced, as necessary
• Initiate written discipline
