Supervisor II - Medford Particleboard – Timber Products Co.

Timber Products Co. is seeking an experienced supervisor to lead the manufacturing process at our Medford Particleboard facility. The role provides leadership, ensures a safe and efficient work environment, and upholds company quality, production, safety, and human resource policies.

Open to work any shift.

• Supervises the quality process while managing staff, equipment, and materials to achieve the highest production and quality levels.
• Maintains quality control standards to maximize company profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Conducts individual and crew meetings to communicate pertinent information to employees.
• Completes administrative paperwork and reporting related to production reports, scheduling, personnel actions, and safety.
• Ensures all company policies and procedures are consistently enforced and accurately interprets the labor agreement.
• Follows and ensures employees adhere to company safety program and safety standards.
• Identifies and communicates process updates.

• A BA/BS degree in business administration, production management, or related field preferred, but not required.
• Two to four years of supervisory experience, preferably in wood products or other manufacturing environment.
• Previous experience with AX systems or similar preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Demonstrated skill at presenting information and responding to questions and concerns.
• Demonstrated skill at establishing and maintaining effective working relationships.
• Demonstrated leadership and motivational skills that allow employees to achieve productivity, quality, and safety goals.
• Basic computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and e‑mail, and ability to learn and use company‑specific software.
