Providence employs a Clinic RN to provide comprehensive nursing care for patients in an ambulatory setting at the Medford Urology Clinic. The role focuses on the physical, emotional, spiritual, and educational needs of patients throughout the lifespan.

The RN facilitates care coordination by applying the nursing process to assess, identify, plan, implement, and evaluate all aspects of care and education via direct care, telephonic/telehealth, or electronic encounters. The RN collaborates with the health‑care team, maintains compliance with professional nursing standards and regulatory requirements, and supports clinicians in delivering quality care that reflects Providence’s core values.

$5,000 Sign‑on Bonus for eligible rehire and external candidates who meet all conditions for payment – in addition to the full benefits and compensation package that begins on the first day of employment.

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.
• Associate’s, Bachelor’s, or higher Degree in Nursing.
• Upon hire:
  National Provider BLS – American Heart Association.
• Upon hire:
  Registered Nurse license in the state where care will be provided.
• 18 months of professional nursing experience.

$38.57 – $59.87 per hour, based on relevant experience. Additional compensation may be available for shift differentials, on‑call, overtime, and bonus opportunities.
