RN Infusion Liaison - Patient Education

Description

Provides direct nursing services related to infusion therapy for patients in the hospital, home, clinic, or alternate living site. Primary focus is to provide education to patients discharging from area hospitals. Secondary responsibilities include providing infusion nursing care in the home or clinic. Ongoing care is accomplished through collaboration and coordination with various providers, the patient and/or caregiver, the physician and the payor.

Services are provided in the states of Oregon and southwest Washington.

• Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement.
• Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
• National Provider BLS – American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.
• Must be licensed in the states where care is delivered upon hire.

• 1 year of experience with acute hospital care, infusion, or home health.
