Position: LPN/ RN Medication Nurse

LPN / RN Medication Nurse
· ORTC, LLC

$28.00/hr – $40.00/hr (Depending on experience)

Hiring Bonus $4,000

Part‑Time / Full‑Time Available

Hours
:
Treatment Center hours 5 a.m. – 1 p.m., rotating Saturdays from 6 a.m. – 10 a.m.

Responsibilities & Duties
  • Administer and dispense the proper dose of methadone or buprenorphine medication to each client per order given by the prescribing licensed independent practitioner.
  • Maintain accurate client dosing records, daily reconciliation, and accountability of medication inventory as required by company policy and DEA regulations.
  • Assist in screening of clients and keep in close contact with appropriate team members regarding client's progress.
  • Understand and comply with client boundaries and confidentiality.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Licensed as an RN or LPN in the state of Oregon.
  • CPR certification.
  • Current driver’s license.
  • Meet state requirements for employment in an opioid treatment program.
  • Adhere to guidelines regarding prohibited substances, even those legal at the state level.
  • Experience and understanding of chemical addiction is preferable.
