RN – Clinical Decision Unit (Full‑time, Days & Nights), Medford, OR. Join a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment where clinical decisions are made quickly and patient care is constantly evolving. This 0.9 FTE night shift role offers the opportunity to work three 12‑hour shifts per week (7:00 pm – 7:30 am) with rotating weekends and includes a $10 /hour night‑shift differential.

• Deliver high‑quality, short‑term care for patients awaiting diagnosis, treatment decisions, or inpatient placement.
• Monitor and assess patients with a wide range of medical and surgical conditions.
• Partner with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate timely, effective care.
• Support patient transitions with strong education, discharge planning, and advocacy.

• Current Oregon RN license and BLS certification.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Minimum of one year RN experience in an acute care or fast‑paced clinical setting.
• Adaptability, critical thinking, and a calm, collaborative presence under pressure.
