• Requires 1 year of skilled Home Health experience
• OASIS experience required
• BLS certification required
• Must have reliable transportation (travel radius up to 50+ miles; mileage reimbursed at IRS rate)
• Charting: EPIC/OASIS
• Locals accepted (within 50–75 miles) at same rate
• No weekends, no on-call
• Scrubs:
Any color
• COVID vaccine + 1 booster required
