Asante’s Cardiac Center in Medford, OR seeks a registered nurse for a 0.9 FTE night shift in a jointly governed unit. The Heart Center houses 40 beds with supportive staffing and an observed governance model.
The Outpatient Observation Unit runs with 12 beds, featuring nurse-to-patient ratios between 3:1 and 6:1 depending on unit. The RN must hold Oregon licensure, BLS cert, and ACLS within 4 months; bachelor’s degree preferred, with several advanced certifications encouraged.
