Responsibilities
- Your Strengths:
You thrive in collaborative environments and excel at building and sustaining professional relationships. You are passionate about assisting others and dedicated to advancing your real estate and leadership expertise. - Your Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with sales agents to assist clients in finding their ideal homes
- Draft and negotiate offers on behalf of sales agents and their clients
- Engage in weekly script practice sessions in line with team standards
- Participate in weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, Hangouts, and Partner Calls
- Graduate from PLACE Launch
- Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly
- Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
- Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
- Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
- Conduct two open houses monthly
- Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
- Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
- Participate in team activities per team standards
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
- Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
- Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services
