Responsibilities

• Your Strengths:
  You thrive in collaborative environments and excel at building and sustaining professional relationships. You are passionate about assisting others and dedicated to advancing your real estate and leadership expertise.
• Your Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with sales agents to assist clients in finding their ideal homes
• Draft and negotiate offers on behalf of sales agents and their clients
• Engage in weekly script practice sessions in line with team standards
• Participate in weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, Hangouts, and Partner Calls

Qualifications

• Graduate from PLACE Launch
• Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly
• Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
• Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
• Conduct two open houses monthly
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
• Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services
