Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales agents to assist clients in finding their ideal homes
• Deliver comprehensive, written feedback to help clients refine their home search criteria
• Draft and negotiate offers on behalf of sales agents and their clients
• Engage in weekly script practice sessions in accordance with team standards
• Take part in team activities as outlined by team guidelines
• Dedicate time to weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, Hangouts, and Partner Calls

Qualifications

Skills You Have:

• Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in their car
• Ability to analyze clients’ needs and wants and match them to homes
• Learning based personality
• Ambitious with proven ability to succeed
• High school graduate
• Willingness to grow
• Real estate license (License required to join the team, but not to apply!)
