Responsibilities include opening the restaurant, closing the restaurant, handling the cash till, managing employees breaks, while also ensuring company standards in food quality, ticket times, and customer service. Must be a positive, proactive, and energetic individual who is willing to learn from the ground up and be trained into this position.
