The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services. The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager in various tasks involved in the overall operation of a store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage as well as all aspects of merchandising and inventory control, in adherence with all Company policies and procedures.

• Develop and manage staff
• Control expenses and shrinkage
• Oversee merchandising and inventory control
• Ensure compliance with Company policies and procedures

• Minimum age 18
• Prior retail and/or management experience required
• Physical demands: in excess of 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds
