Membership Sales Specialist

Mercy Flights is seeking a Membership Sales Specialist responsible for promoting and selling Mercy Flights membership programs to individuals, families, and groups. This role focuses on outreach, building relationships with prospective members, educating the community on the value of membership, and supporting strategies that increase membership retention and acquisition. Commission incentive based on new group membership sizeCommission Structure
1524 members: $50 per group
2549 members: $100 per group
50+ members: $200 per group

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with community partners, businesses, and organizations to grow group memberships
Attend and represent Mercy Flights at community events, fairs, and meetings
Respond to inquiries about membership benefits, pricing, and coverage details
Track and report sales activity, leads, and conversions using CRM tools
Collaborate with the Membership team to support marketing campaigns and outreach strategies
Assist with onboarding new members and ensuring accurate data entry in the membership system
Provide excellent customer service and follow-up to prospective and current members
Maintain knowledge of Mercy Flights services and communicate the value of the program effectively
Meet or exceed monthly and annual membership sales goalsQualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
At least 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or outreach
Strong communication and interpersonal skills able to build rapport with diverse audiences
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Valid Oregon Driver License
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, organized, adaptable, and able to work independently or as part of a team
