Position: Turnaround Accounting Administrator Role
Act as a Turnaround Accounting Administrator, focusing on high-volume data entry and supporting the accounting team efficiently. Ensure timely entry of significant financial transactions.

This temporary position requires meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills to assist during turnaround activities. As an Accounts Payable Administrator, you will enter invoices, verify timesheets, maintain vendor files, and support document management. Key Responsibilities:

• Enter invoices, timesheets, and financial data into SAP

• Verify and code vendor invoices accurately

• Support three-way matching for accurate payments

• Maintain updated vendor information and files

• Assist in identifying discrepancies and resolving issues

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in relevant fields or equivalent experience

• Previous data entry or accounts payable exposure desirable

• Strong knowledge of ERP systems, particularly SAP

• Excellent attention to detail in high-volume tasks

• Effective organizational and time management abilities
