Key Responsibilities:

• Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual close cycles

• Oversee real estate transaction accounting

• Ensure compliance with corporate financial reporting standards

• Manage internal controls for financial reporting

• Lead improvements and efficiency initiatives in accounting processes

Requirements:

• CPA designation or in progress

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

• Minimum of 5 years relevant accounting experience

• Strong grasp of IFRS or US GAAP standards

• Experience leading accounting teams is essential
