In this temporary position, you will support the Finance Department, providing crucial financial information and system operations assistance. Key responsibilities include document preparation, account reconciliations, budget tracking, and ERP system support.

Your role is vital in maintaining fiscal accountability and collaborating with Directors and Managers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform month-end and year-end close tasks

• Maintain ERP accounts and project allocations

• Complete corporate-wide grant applications and reconciliations

• Process budget amendments in Unit4 and track amendments

• Assist in preparing financial reports and internal control audits

Requirements:

• Diploma in Business Administration with accounting major

• Four years of progressive accounting experience

• In-depth knowledge of GAAP and IFRS accounting principles

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems

• Strong planning and organizational skills
