This role focuses on supporting clients and staff while managing day-to-day office functions. Responsibilities include client intake, scheduling, record management, and general office administration to facilitate efficient service delivery. You'll coordinate communication and information regarding programs and community resources.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the first point of contact for clients
• Schedule appointments and manage client communications
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Support client eligibility screening and follow-up
• Prepare administrative documents and assist in meetings
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Office Administration or related field
• 1+ years of experience in administrative roles
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Familiarity with compliance and organizational policies
