Communicates and negotiates competitive rates with Suppliers and Sub-contractors

To perform cost estimation, quantity take‑off for project during tender & construction, sourcing for supplier & quotation, verifying claims & preparing progress & variation claims.

Assess and prepare the monthly progress claims and variation orders in timely manner.

To liaise with vendors, site personnel, consultants and subcontractors for all project matters.

Other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor

• Degree in Building/Structural/Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying
• Min. 4 year relevant experience in construction industry
• Experienced in the field of metal / aluminum windows and doors & glazing works preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT etc)
• Demonstrate proficiency and competency in a project QS function and can work independently.
• Fast learner and able to work under pressure with minimum supervision
• Able to work as a team player, responsible & meticulous.
• 5.5 days works
