Key Responsibilities:

• Generate detailed estimates based on project specifications

• Oversee tendering processes and subcontractor selection

• Collaborate on project scope and defining procurement strategies

• Perform quantity takeoffs and detailed cost analysis

• Support negotiation processes post-tender

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in construction estimating
