Our Highway Construction Operations are seeking individuals ready to assist our Road Construction Crews for 2026 projects. This role involves performing various labor tasks like operating tools, directing traffic, and ensuring site safety amidst dynamic conditions. We prioritize safety and teamwork as essential values at Aecon.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform labour duties related to road construction activities

• Efficiently direct traffic and maintain working zones

• Setup lane closures and utilize safety devices

• Help clean and prepare construction sites

• Operate flat deck trucks and crew vans

Requirements:

• No previous experience necessary, training provided

• Must be reliable and able to follow instructions

• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs as needed

• Hold a valid Class 5 driver’s license

• Must meet drug & alcohol testing standards
