Aecon, a leader in infrastructure development, seeks skilled Paving Personnel for the 2025 Construction Season. The role emphasizes safe operation of heavy equipment and training for new team members. You’ll perform daily maintenance checks and ensure all operations meet safety regulations, contributing to our commitment to the community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate heavy equipment safely during paving operations

• Conduct daily maintenance and safety checks

• Train new employees on equipment operations

• Support diverse paving projects

• Complete additional assigned duties as needed

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of heavy equipment operation experience

• Experience in municipal and highway projects

• Valid Class 5 driver’s license or better

• Ability to work overtime when needed

• Knowledge of construction procedures and safety guidelines
