• Operate loaders to load trucks and fill feeder bins.
• Operate loaders with various attachments (e.g., forks, shovels).
• Operate loaders in various settings such as gravel pits, asphalt plants, or construction sites.
• Ensure feed bins are loaded to the specified capacity.
• Perform preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment as required.
• Adhere to all safety policies and processes.
• Execute additional tasks as required by supervisor.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Three or more years’ experience operating loaders in a construction environment.
• Familiarity with aggregates and the construction industry.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong awareness of surroundings and ability to work safely.
• Self‑motivated with good organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate courteously, professionally, and promptly with supervisors, co‑workers, contractors, and the public.
• Team‑player mentality.
