Aecon is hiring skilled Paving Personnel for the 2025 Construction Season, focused on achieving excellence and safety in heavy equipment operations. You'll be responsible for training new team members and performing essential safety checks to uphold our integrity standards. Together, we create sustainable construction solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate heavy equipment effectively and safely

• Conduct daily inspections and maintenance routines

• Mentor and train new employees on equipment use

• Engage in various municipal and highway paving projects

• Take on additional duties as required

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience with heavy machinery

• Experience in highway and municipal paving

• Current Class 5 driver’s license or better

• Willingness to work overtime

• Strong understanding of construction safety and operational guidelines
