Lead construction operations in Medicine Hat using project leadership and operational excellence across Alberta’s commercial, industrial, and institutional projects.
This Construction Manager leads Project Managers, Coordinators, Site Superintendents, and field teams across multiple active projects. The role supports pre-construction through closeout while managing estimating, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and contract administration. It also emphasizes quality, safety, and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide leadership across multiple active construction projects
- Support schedules, budgets, quality, and client expectations
- Assist with estimating, tendering, procurement, and planning
- Conduct site visits and resolve project challenges
- Champion safety, quality, and operational excellence
- 10+ years of construction leadership experience
- Commercial, industrial, or design-build construction background
- Knowledge of estimating, scheduling, budgeting, and procurement
- Experience leading teams and concurrent projects
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel
