Front Desk Agent - Hotel Position

Step into the role of Front Desk Agent at our hotel, where your customer service skills will shine. You will manage guest check-ins and assist with various front desk operations.

As a Front Desk Agent, you will oversee the registration process for guests and handle room assignments. You will also be responsible for processing payments and promoting our hotel services and nearby attractions. This position requires your presence on-site for optimal guest interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Register guests and handle room assignments

• Process group arrivals and ensure seamless departures

• Manage reservations and provide customer information

• Keep cash balances and reports accurate

• Perform general clerical duties including phone support

Requirements:

• High school graduation certificate necessary

• Experience ranging from 1 month to less than 7 months

• Must complete work on-site

• Familiarity with clerical tasks important
