About the Role   We are looking for a customer-focused and organized Service Advisor to join our team. The Service Advisor serves as the primary point of contact between customers and the service department, ensuring a positive experience from vehicle check-in through repair completion. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities    Greet customers and assess their vehicle service needs.
Explain recommended maintenance and repair services in a clear, professional manner.
Prepare accurate repair orders and cost estimates.
Schedule service appointments and coordinate workflow with technicians.
Keep customers informed of repair progress, delays, and additional service recommendations.
Review completed work with customers and explain invoices.
Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records.
Address customer questions and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
Ensure all work complies with company policies and safety standards.
Help achieve service department sales and customer satisfaction goals.
Qualifications    Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in automotive customer service is preferred.
Knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency with computer systems and service management software.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Preferred Skills    Ability to build trust and lasting customer relationships.
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
Sales and upselling experience is an asset.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
