Located in the Southwest Hill area, Medicine Hat High School is a dynamic learning environment with approximately 1,300 students. We are seeking a passionate and experienced  Specialized Educational Assistant  to join our  Career and Technology Studies (CTS) Program  on a  temporary full-time basis . The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in supporting students in the trades, particularly in areas such as  Fabrication/Welding ,  Automotives  and  Carpentry . While relevant education or training in these fields is an asset, a general interest in trades and a commitment to hands-on learning is essential.

Specifically, this individual would have a focus on student safety in a CTS shop. This could involve monitoring students that are working individually or in small groups. There would be no requirement for the delivery of content to students.
