The Board of Trustees is looking for a collaborative and visionary leader for MHCBE, overseeing education for approximately 3,000 students from Early Learning through Grade 12. The role commences on August 1, 2027, with a focus on integrity, communication, and organizational skills, ensuring a commitment to quality Catholic education.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the Board to implement division priorities
• Foster a respectful learning environment for staff and students
• Articulate a cohesive vision for future educational quality
• Build trust through ethical leadership and decision-making
• Advance the Division’s Catholic education mission and values
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Educational Leadership or Administration
• Hold or qualify for teaching certification in Alberta
• Minimum five years of senior administrative experience
• Experience in a Catholic educational setting
• Proven leadership in diverse educational environments
