Fire Protection Systems Engineer

FIRE PROTECTION SYSTEMS ENGINEER

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fire Protection System Engineer to join our team at S.N SYSTEM ENGINEERING PTE.LTD in the Woodlands North Region. This is a full‑time position that will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and compliance of our fire protection systems across our operations.

• Report and monitor project progress to management.
• Supervise and ensure works are in accordance with contract drawings and specifications.
• Design, install, and maintain fire protection systems to meet all relevant safety standards and regulations.
• Conduct regular inspections and testing of fire protection equipment to identify and address any issues.
• Provide technical guidance and support to other team members on fire protection system operations.
• Review and develop process documents, including technical specifications, piping material specifications, valve type and material selection.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, such as local authorities and contractors, to ensure seamless implementation of fire protection measures.
• Document all fire protection system activities and maintain detailed records.
• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest fire protection technologies, regulations, and industry best practices.

• A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in fire protection system design, installation, and maintenance.
• In‑depth knowledge of fire protection systems, including sprinklers, alarms, and extinguishing equipment.
• Strong technical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to interpret and apply relevant safety standards and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
• Proven track record of delivering high‑quality work and ensuring the safety and compliance of fire protection systems.
