Electrical Engineer; Acmv

Singapore Company looking for Electrical Engineer for ACMV / HVAC with Company Vehicle provided.

*** Selected candidate is required to work in (Singapore)

• Responsible for selection of electrical components.
• Coordinate, liaise and manage various project stakeholders including customers, consultants, sub-contractors, vendors, QS, PMs, drafting team etc. on site to ensure project requirements are met.
• Prepare and update electrical schematic drawings, such as panel drawing, wiring diagrams, single line drawings.
• Prepare, revise, or update electrical and general arrangement (GSA) drawing, as well as engineering specifications to clearly define details and functional requirements in line with customer needs.
• Site preparation, reviewing shop drawing and coordination of submission documents.
• Provide technical and installation for sites issues.
• Perform troubleshooting on electrical panels and control systems.
• Carry out testing and commissioning.
• Able to communicate effectively to all stakeholders.
• Prepare and create detailed work schedule, manpower and resource planning.
• Able to understand engineering drawing and perform basic engineering calculation, design, etc.
• Coordinate the safety management system on site.
• Follow up and report on the project progress.
• Able to understand Singapore standard or code of practice.
• Understand OMM.
• Implementation of Cost/Quality control on site.
• Follow through on submission with targeted submission and approved dates.
• All other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by reporting manager.

• Min. Degree in Electrical Engineering or its equivalent.
• Min. 3 years of experience in Singapore Construction Industry on ACMV works.
• Must have Singapore Class 3 driving license.
• A team player and possess problem-solving, coordination and management skills.
• Able to work independently and work as a project team.
• Able to multi-tasking and handle a few projects at the same time.
• Able to carry out prescribed work in a safe, competent or compliant matter.
• Possession of outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated individual, with phenomenal confidence working with diverse partner groups.
• Able to perform using Auto Cad and other drawing applications.
• Knowledge in AutoCAD drawings.
• Good team player and handle stress and deadlines.
• Able to start work immediately will be an added advantage.
