A Snapshot of Your Day

Lead the team of Project Specialists in each Service Portfolio, ensuring coordination of the technical escalation path and providing fast responses to activities carried out at the facilities. Maintain a strong focus on safe work practices while analyzing the causes of wind turbine shutdowns, identifying root causes, and implementing effective solutions. Manage action plans for technical aspects as applicable, with the main objective of ensuring that operations are conducted in a productive and safe manner.

This approach guarantees the profitability of contracts while fulfilling all contractual agreements with clients.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Supporting the Technical Escalation process - Responsible for tracking and escalating unscheduled incidents at wind farms (troubleshooting),
  • Identifying the wind turbines or platforms with consistent faults based on information received from the client,
  • Responsible for the daily Wind Turbine Down report as well as Focal Point of their area at Wind Turbine Down meetings
  • Lead strategic initiatives designed to improve the way we perform the servicing of our wind farms
  • Support in the undertaking of special activities, in person and/or remotely
  • Subject Matter Expert on Case Management in Service including monitoring and management of cases in the applicable systems

    • What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or Professional Training (intermediate level or higher) in Mechanics,
  • Electrics or Electromechanics, minimum requirement. Engineer is desirable
  • 5 years in a similar position with strong operational background
  • SAP expertise
  • Technical Competence in MS Office
  • Written and verbal communication skills
  • Critical thinking skills
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Troubleshooting skills
  • Capacity for teamwork
  • Languages:

    English
