This full-time position is for candidates with a Master’s or PhD and over 5 years of experience in silicon photonics. You will design and optimize advanced photonic circuits and engage in hands-on collaboration with engineers, conduct technical analyses, and guide junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Optimize complex silicon photonic integrated circuits at all levels

• Present findings to multidisciplinary teams

• Generate scripts and software for design goals

• Validate simulation models through experimental proposals

• Lead integration issues with systems

Requirements:

• Master’s or PhD in electrical engineering or a related field

• 5+ years of industrial experience in silicon photonics

• Proficiency in design tools and programming languages

• Knowledge of photonics and electromagnetic compatibility

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
