Key Responsibilities:

• Provide maintenance support for building systems

• Oversee HVAC and electrical repairs

• Address customer service inquiries quickly

• Track and close work orders efficiently

• Collaborate on safety and operational protocols

Requirements:

• 5+ years of relevant engineering experience

• Fire pump certification is necessary

• EPA 608 Universal license required

• Must hold High Rise fire safety director credential

• Valid driver's license or state  essential
