Plant Engineer

Position: Full-Time Plant Engineer
Join Evonik as a Plant Engineer in Medicine Hat, focusing on mechanical integrity, project management, and reliability. This full-time role entails overseeing plant engineering and optimizing maintenance processes.
As a qualified Mechanical or Electrical Engineer, you will manage site capital investments and ensure projects align with the BL strategy. Additionally, you will oversee Maintenance Departments to achieve safety and efficiency. Collaborate with various stakeholders to enhance the reliability and condition of physical assets while meeting all engineering performance objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage plant engineering and reliability activities

• Direct site capital investment programs to timely project completion

• Oversee Maintenance Departments for optimal performance

• Ensure compliance with safety and technical standards

• Optimize all maintenance practices for effectiveness
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Mechanical

• Proven leadership and people management skills

• Understanding of financial and business processes

• Basic knowledge of catalysts and quality standards

• Effective communicator with computer software expertise
