As a Blackjack Dealer, your role centers around creating a welcoming atmosphere and maintaining game integrity. You'll shuffle and deal cards, manage the flow of the game, and interact with patrons, all while adhering to house rules. Your essential duties also include exchanging currency for gaming chips, paying winning bets, and answering customer inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
• Shuffle and deal cards for blackjack games
• Maintain game flow and integrity adhering to rules
• Exchange currency for gaming chips efficiently
• Pay winning bets and collect losing bets
• Provide friendly customer service and support inquiries
Requirements:
• Minimum one year related experience or CCCR training
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Ability to perform basic mathematical operations
• Cache Creek Casino Resort Tribal Gaming License required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
