Position: Health Care Assistant Roles BC with Mimak Care
Mimak Care is hiring Health Care Assistants (HCAs) for various assignments in British Columbia. This role focuses on delivering compassionate care to residents in long-term care and assisted living settings.

We are seeking qualified Health Care Assistants who are registered with the BC Care Aide & Community Health Worker Registry and hold a valid Care Aide certificate. Responsibilities include aiding residents with their daily living activities and mobility while adhering to safety and healthcare standards mandated by Mimak Care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate personal care and daily activities for residents

• Maintain accurate documentation of resident care

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals as directed

• Ensure safe and respectful resident handling

• Engage in specialization training as needed

Requirements:

• Registration in good standing with BC Care Aide Registry

• Health Care Assistant certification required

• CPR/First Aid certification current

• Valid criminal record check within the last 6 months

• Ability to assist with transfers and mobility
