Join a dedicated team as a Physiotherapist I at the Medicine Hat Regional Hospital. This position allows you to impact lives through quality physiotherapy interventions in a community-focused environment.
You will work with diverse clients across acute care, community settings, and outpatient programs. This full-time opportunity invites new graduates and seasoned professionals to enhance their skills while collaborating with healthcare teams.
Your role includes supervising therapy assistants and engaging families in care, all within a vibrant region known for its outdoor lifestyle.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver physiotherapy interventions for optimum client outcomes
• Collaborate on rehabilitation strategies with patients and families
• Supervise and mentor Therapy Assistants and students
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives
• Provide care across multiple facilities as required
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited program
• Registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Alberta
• Basic Life Support certification required
• Experience in Epic/Connect Care documentation (preferred)
• AADL authorization status is a plus
