Key Responsibilities:

• Observe and document changes in resident conditions

• Conduct assessments to identify triggers and patterns

• Help implement individualized care strategies

• Collaborate in interdisciplinary team meetings

• Welcome and orient new residents and families

Requirements:

• At least two years of experience in a relevant field

• Diploma or degree in behavioral health or related area

• Familiarity with crisis intervention techniques

• Proficient in English, both oral and written

• Certification in CPR, First Aid; ASIST an asset
