Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with daily living activities

• Encourage the use of sensory aids for better communication

• Administer prescribed medication with supervision

• Provide ongoing emotional and social support

• Facilitate resident participation in community programs

Requirements:

• Completion of a Health Care Aide program

• Attention to detail in health care procedures

• Ability to engage tactfully with seniors and families

• Eligibility to work in Canada

• Successful Vulnerable Sector Check
