In this operational role, you will report to the Manager of Human Resources and deliver a wide range of HR services in compliance with applicable legislation and internal policies.

Your role includes managing recruitment, onboarding processes, and supporting employee training initiatives. Additionally, you will perform administrative tasks to maintain smooth HR operations, acting as the first point of contact for various inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive HR services to employees and managers

• Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes

Requirements:

• Certificate in Human Resources or a related field

• At least two years of HR experience in a unionized setting

• Proficient in Microsoft 365 and HRIS

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Excellent organizational capabilities and teamwork
