This role involves leading a migration pod and executing critical plans that align with organizational goals. You will assess complexity levels, guide technical teams, and manage high-complexity scenarios to ensure quality outcomes. Effective communication and collaboration with application owners and infrastructure teams are crucial.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end migration pod delivery

• Drive complexity assessments for migration planning

• Operate Azure Migrate tools effectively

• Build and review migration automation scripts

• Mentor and promote best practices across teams

Requirements:

• Extensive experience with Azure migration processes

• Proficient in using Azure Migrate and advanced replication tools

• Strong understanding of Infrastructure-as-Code practices

• Familiarity with ITIL change management principles

• Expertise in troubleshooting networking issues
