This remote role focuses on assisting prospective clients through the purchasing journey by conducting technical demonstrations and responding to any technical queries. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct engaging technical online demos for clients

• Customize trial portals showcasing key LMS features

• Build use cases that clarify integration processes

• Address any issues prospects face in the LMS experience

• Collaborate with proposals team on technical Q&A

Requirements:

• Completion of a post-secondary degree in a relevant field

• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

• Proven experience in SaaS or sales support roles

• Familiarity with Enterprise-level client interactions

• Knowledge of Absorb
