Job Description:
As part of the core delivery team at Quantiphi, the Conversation Designer will be responsible for designing the user experience of a virtual agent. Your focus will be to ensure that the virtual assistant is conversationally engaging, impactful for the end-user, and aligns with the brand voice. You will translate the brand’s business requirements into natural dialogue flows, supported by UX research and good design practices.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Gather customer requirements, analyze their needs, and determine analytical requirements for the virtual agent.
- Define use cases.
- Design iterative human-to-virtual-agent conversation flows.
- Apply industry best practices and promote standards for execution and delivery.
- Guide clients on technology evaluation, technical thought leadership, and direction for Conversational AI projects.
- Act as a conduit between technical teams and business stakeholders, preparing functional and technical specifications.
- Showcase thought leadership on technology roadmaps, agile methodologies, and best practices.
- Manage customer communication and relationships.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in French
- Experience in at least one of the following areas:
Analytics, AI, Linguistics, Copywriting, UX Design, or Product Design. - Excellent communication, articulation, analytical, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic, deadline-sensitive environment.
- Strong business analysis skills backed by research and quantitative analysis techniques.
Nice to have skills:
- Experience with AI bot platforms such as Dialog Flow, Microsoft Bot Framework, Amazon Lex, IBM Watson, etc.
- Understanding of NLP, sentiment analysis, conversational interfaces, and integration of existing services and libraries.
- Experience with voice-based processing (text-to-speech, speech-to-text).
- PMP certification (optional).
