Your key tasks will involve managing a comprehensive document lifecycle, ensuring clarity and consistency in policies and procedures. As part of the Business Resilience team, you will need strong skills in document management systems and continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain document management systems

• Identify document types and establish retention policies

• Conduct user training through developing manuals

• Monitor system performance and implement improvements

• Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance systems

Requirements:

• 4+ years in document management and control

• Experience with DMS software and lifecycle management

• Strong technical writing and editing skills

• Proficient in MS Office, SharePoint, and automation tools

• Background in document audits and policy enforcement
