Insurance Advisor

Job Overview  We’re searching for an  Insurance Advisor  to join our team in  Brooks, AB  at the  Brooks - 2nd Ave  office. The role involves promoting and educating clients on insurance products, managing client relationships, and expanding our presence in the local community.

Key Responsibilities   Deliver superior customer service that promotes client retention.
Uncover clients’ business challenges and act as a client advocate, identifying needs and providing recommendations.
Assist clients with their insurance needs using basic knowledge of underwriting principles.
Exhibit curiosity and continuously seek opportunities to grow your career.
Qualifications & Experience   Track record of achieving sales targets.
Natural ability to build authentic client relationships.
Master time management skills and demonstrate confidentiality and discretion.
Insurance broker level 1 license or working towards CAIB/CIP (financial support provided) and 6+ months of industry experience preferred.
