Become a vital part of Iron Horse Energy Services as a Facility Maintenance Technician in Redcliff. You will ensure efficient upkeep of our facility and thrive in a rewarding, dynamic environment.

In this role, you will contribute to the maintenance team at IHES, the largest private employer in Medicine Hat. The Facility Maintenance Technician is responsible for tasks such as maintaining wash bay pumps, operating a skid steer for snow removal, and ensuring the boiler system for in-floor heating is functional. Strong organizational skills are essential, as is the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain wash bay pumps for effective operation

• Oversee boiler system for seasonal heating needs

• Operate skid steer for snow removal tasks

• Perform general maintenance across the facility

• Handle repairs and upkeep for washrooms and lunchroom

Requirements:

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Forklift certification is a plus

• Class 5 driver's license with clean abstract

• Previous maintenance experience is preferred
