Lead the maintenance department as a Maintenance & Reliability Manager at the Redcliff insulation plant. Drive equipment reliability and team performance while championing safety initiatives and continuous improvement.

This role emphasizes strategic leadership and hands-on involvement in optimizing maintenance practices and promoting a strong safety culture. You will guide both electrical and mechanical teams, ensuring maximum line uptime through essential maintenance programs and cross-functional collaboration. The maintenance team's success relies on fostering a high-performance environment and ensuring compliance with EHS regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Champion safety standards and encourage safe team behaviors

• Mentor and develop the maintenance team for high performance

• Enhance preventive and predictive maintenance programs

• Drive root-cause analyses for equipment reliability

• Apply lean principles to boost asset performance

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in Engineering or equivalent experience

• 5+ years’ experience in maintenance and reliability

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to support a 24/7 operational environment
